Return policy 

At oneoftwo We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the order placement was made with the due diligence and understanding of the customer . If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're happy to help. 
Eligibility for Returns: 
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. The product must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Exchange  must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery. Exchange of size only will be initiated within 5 working days of the week after considering the authenticity of photos videos posted on customer support showing the product in its valid condition along with unused, intact packaging, no burns, no cuts , no wear & tear to the product. Incase customer fails to claim or share the authenticity of the product to be changed for size, no such refund amount shall be liable. 
oneoftwo will not be liable for the products exchange by mistake or any other reason at the time of placement of the order. Similarly shall not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and its not responsible for its delivery back to the customer . If the order is lost in transit or undelivered to the prefered location because of the logistic /climatical issue at the location.
Non-Returnable Items: 
Items purchased during sale or clearance events. Customised or personalised items. Gift cards or vouchers or coupon code shall not be exchanged returned or clubbed with the purchases
Shipping Costs: 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product), will be covered after considering the photos videos posted on customer care support.
Exchanges: 
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. 
Damaged or Defective Items: 
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with details and photos of the issue. The arrangement for replacement will be initiated.
*Order value / product value is calculated after applying VAT/ GST/ handling & logistic/ packaging or any other applicable charges .
* All the disputes subject to Mumbai juridiction
